My mother Violet Cunningham was in The Merrymakers. She’d have been about 9 in 1936 but I can’t see her in any of the photos. She used to sing and dance as a solo act too and was known as ‘Little Vi, the Personality Plus! I have no photos of that but would love to see some if any still exist.
The two accordionists are on the Left George Walters on the right is Harry Williams. 1 row from the back, 1st man on the left is Tom Walters next but one to him on the right is his daughter Mary Walters.
The accordionist on the left is George Walters, the man in the second row from the back (4th from the left) is George’s Father Tom Walters who was Secretary / Organiser. Next but one to him on the right is Mary Walters, Tom’s daughter. (my Mother) The accordionist on the right is Harry Williams.
